Please join us in congratulating all four staff members of the Quality Assurance team on becoming Therap Certified Trainers.

This is a great accomplishment for our QA team as there are currently only 15 Therap Certified Trainers in the entire state of New York! Becoming a certified trainer not only entails a breadth of knowledge on the functionality of the software but also demonstrable proficiency in showing and teaching the available modules to all levels of Therap users.

These certifications will allow our QA team to efficiently train all agency users on all aspects of the powerful functionality this enterprise software package has to offer.
