CCDS SMS Messaging Terms of Service 

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services utilizes an SMS service for both its employees and for the individuals and their families supported. This service provides both timely information and also notifications of coming events.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP", you will be sent an SMS confirmation of cancellation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CCDS. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and CCDS will resume sending SMS messages to you again.
2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reach out to the main office number (518) 783-1111
3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from CCDS and to CCDS from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
