For more than 15 years, Jack has been a dedicated and dependable member of the Catholic Charities Disabilities Services, bringing a strong work ethic and a passion for serving others to every role he has held. After beginning his career as a Direct Support Professional in 1999, Jack returned to the agency in 2011 as a Maintenance Technician, seeking the opportunity to build a long-term career where he could make a meaningful difference. His dedication and leadership led to his promotion to Supervisor of Maintenance in 2022 and Director of Facilities in 2024.
No two days look the same for Jack. From responding to work orders and unexpected emergencies to overseeing preventative maintenance and facility improvements, he and his team work tirelessly to ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable, and welcoming for the people we support. One accomplishment he is especially proud of is leading the renovation and reopening of Christina IRA after it had been vacant for several years. Jack managed major restoration projects while personally completing many repairs, helping transform the home into a safe, updated environment where individuals can thrive.
Known throughout the agency for his reliability, Jack is someone colleagues know they can count on. Whether responding to an urgent repair, providing guidance over the phone, or supporting a major project, he is always willing to step in where needed. What motivates him most are the relationships he has built with both the people we support and his coworkers. For Jack, every repair completed and every project finished is another opportunity to improve the daily lives, safety, and well-being of those who call our homes their own.
