Catholic Charities Disabilities Services is a nationally recognized provider of services to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We have been providing services for over a decade. Our current services include:
- Service Coordination
- 24 Hour Residential Services
- Ongoing nutrition/dieting counseling
- Family support services
- Clinical Services
- Behavioral Intervention
- Community Residential Habilitation
- Connections and collaboration with statewide and national experts
- We are also in the process of developing day services.
