We are currently hiring for an Residential Site Supervisor, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As an Residential Site Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

  • The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA).
  • Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports.

Residential Site Supervisor Minimum Salary: $19.97/hour

Residential Site Supervisor Maximum Salary: $19.97/hour

Residential Site Supervisorr SSchedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm, but flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend coverage

Qualifications:  

  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
  • High School diploma/GED is required: higher education is preferred
  • Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
