We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services Agency. As a Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for all general maintenance of the agency properties to ensure a safe, homelike environment for the individuals residing in the residences. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performs all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations and repairs for small appliances Performs various remodeling projects, including but not limited to sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, painting, etc. Performs all landscaping functions including mowing, tree pruning, planting, etc. and ensures the timely removal of snow and ice Rotates on-call responsibilities as scheduled; On-call is required on a rotating basis for evening and weekend coverage.
