Tom Buchanan has served as the Fiscal Director for Catholic Charities Disabilities Services since 2005. Tom has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College and a B.S. in Finance from SUNY-Empire State College.

Prior to joining Catholic Charities Disabilities Services, Tom held senior financial leadership positions at Emma Willard School and Vanderheyden Hall.
