About Aaron: Aaron Howland has been a member of the Catholic Charities team for 13 years. Aaron served on the Catholic Charities Disabilities Services Board of Directors for five years, including terms as Vice President and President. Before taking on the role of Executive Director at CCDS, Aaron served as the Compliance Officer and the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany, and was also responsible for the management of Medicaid Redesign related initiatives for Catholic Charities. Through these experiences he has developed the know-how to help the agency successfully navigate a new system of managed care.

Aaron has over 25 years of experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Prior to coming to Catholic Charities, for fifteen years Aaron worked at Residential Opportunities, Inc. and through their merger with the Center for Disability Services in a variety of roles including Residence Manager, Behavior Specialist, Director of Residential Services, and Director of Quality Improvement. He has also been employed in both support and management positions at the ARC of Rensselaer.

Education: Master of Science, Educational Psychology and Statistics, The State University of New York at Albany / Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Minor in History, Binghamton University
