Family Support & Service
Catholic Charities Disabilities Services offers respite support services through a family reimbursement program.
Families that live in the following counties may apply for the respite reimbursement: Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Schoharie, Saratoga, Fulton, Montgomery, Warren, Washington and primary care taker services for individuals with developmental disabilities residing at home may apply for financial assistance through this program for costs associated with respite care. Financial assistance is awarded based on decision of the Family Support Committee.
